Andrew, Tanner, and I

The statue behind us is a husband and wife looking down at their young child they had just laid to rest and would have to leave behind. It really hit home to me, thinking that that child was about Tanner's age and how it would be so hard to go through with losing him!

gosh, that is crappy! I totally would have failed that trial in life. (being a pioneer and leaving everything behind and walking all that way) I think they had it much harder THEN, even if there are lots of trials now.
