IT'S CHRISTMAS....or is it???

Tanner was the first one out of bed this morning and went down stairs. I instantly hear him start screaming, "MOM MOM GET DOWN HERE, HURRY, MOM, COME AND SEE THIS, HURRY". I didn't know what was going on. So I jumped out of bed and ran down the stairs. He pulls the curtains open with a big smile on his face and says, "IT'S CHRISTMAS! Look at all the snow Mom!" He was so excited. Benson wasn't so sure about the white layer covering everything.
Tanner and I had a snow fight while Benson stood at the door watching us. Tanner loved it!!!
A girl across the street measured 5 inches of snow... to bad most of it melted throughout the day!

Benson on the other hand didn't like the COLD touching him. He wanted to be out with us, but with me holding him.

"Is the hot chocolate ready?"
Start up the Cocomotion!!!!
Locked inside :(

October 4th

We have been having some nice fall days and the kids have been enjoying every minute of it. All I have to do is say the word OUTSIDE and Benson is at the door ready to go play. Tanner would probably stay outside all day if I would let him. Unfortunately the good weather has ended and the past few days have been absolutely freezing. I hope we will get at least a few more days of warm weather before winter hits!

What's been happening...

Tanner was running back and forth jumping over a little stool when both Andrew and I asked him to stop and finish eating his food. He didn't listen and ended up tripping smacking his head against the floor. Andrew and I both said, "We told you to stop running." But once he put his head up and we say a huge goose egg, fat lip, and bloody nose we felt a little worse but still where frustrated with him not listening. (This happened 5 days after Benson had his crash!)
Benson in his "spot" The boys love sitting, laying, playing on the rug in front of our door. I think they just like seeing what going on outside.
My sick baby! :( He actually doesn't look like this anymore. This was a few weeks ago. Everyday he would wake up with his eyes glued shut and have the saddest little whimper of a cry... I felt so bad.
