Tanner was the first one out of bed this morning and went down stairs. I instantly hear him start screaming, "MOM MOM GET DOWN HERE, HURRY, MOM, COME AND SEE THIS, HURRY". I didn't know what was going on. So I jumped out of bed and ran down the stairs. He pulls the curtains open with a big smile on his face and says, "IT'S CHRISTMAS! Look at all the snow Mom!" He was so excited. Benson wasn't so sure about the white layer covering everything.
Tanner and I had a snow fight while Benson stood at the door watching us. Tanner loved it!!!A girl across the street measured 5 inches of snow... to bad most of it melted throughout the day!
Benson on the other hand didn't like the COLD touching him. He wanted to be out with us, but with me holding him.
"Is the hot chocolate ready?"Start up the Cocomotion!!!!

This morning when I Olivia got up and I showed her the snow out the window, she kept kissing the window because I think she wanted to taste the snow. Later we played in it too, and like Benson, she didn't like it. She whimpered and cried pretty much the whole time. Especially when she fell and her hands (with gloves on) went in the snow. Hopefully the snow will melt and we'll have a few more weeks of fall! I'm not ready for winter yet!
Thats crazy it snowed already!! That is SO cute he thought it was Christmas!!
Gotta love the mid-west weather!! That is one thing I don't miss about Omaha or Kansas for that matter!!!

Oh my heck! SNOW??? Well it was sunny and 90 here in St George today and part of me really misses Omaha...weird...I know! I think most of it is the people and the experience. I am so glad to see your family is doing so well...although from the looks of things you have taken up beating your kids:) Let us know next time you are down, we would love to take you out to dinner!
