With Grandma Terry and Grandpa Lorell headed off to New Zealand for a mission the Bleak's got together for a BIG family reunion.
Just under 60 Bleak's(Jared's family was unable to be there) from Grandma and Grandpa on down completely packed a full size school bus. We then Christmas caroled through the neighborhoods with the windows down to be heard. We stopped at the Panaca cemetery for Grandma to tell about her mom and dad who passed when she was just in her early 20's.

We then drove up to Pioche and carolled to Great aunt Ivie then to Eagle Valley and carolled to Great aunt Manetta. Then Grandpa Lorell talked about Great Grandpa and Grandma and the house grandma was born in out there in the year 1911. And some of our heritage. Next stop was the Eagle Valley cemetery where Grandpa and ma were buried. Grandma Martha past just last year after her 98th Birthday. On this day December 23, 2010 she would have been 99. There are only two great grand babies who were not able to meet her on the Bleak side-Kensley being one of them. But I am sure Grandma Martha was holding her up in heaven before she joined our family.

Following the stories a huge snowball fight broke out ( I don't know who started it) but there were snowballs flying from every direction. I took Kensley and headed for the bus only getting hit once. I enjoyed WATCHING the fight in safety.
Because there are so many in the family now the cultural hall is the only thing that will hold everyone. We spent the day eating, playing games, visiting, Christmas gift exchanging, and just having fun. I am so grateful we were able to see most of the cousins my kids don't really know because we live so far away. They loved every minute of it.

YaY!!! I'm so glad you got pictures!! I may just have to steal a few!! I was just telling Elizabeth the other day that I only got a couple!! (of course 2 of those "couple" were Benson & Tanner both falling asleep on chairs!) I'll have to send those to you!!!
