Every year my hometown has a Christmas Eve program. It only lasts for about 30 minutes (not counting the line to see Santa). They have all the kids go stand in the front and sing as LOUD as they can so Santa can make his way to Panaca and not get lost in the fog or snow. Then two men will be on walkie talkies or cell phones trying to get a hold of him. Once the kids get singing really loud the sound of the reindeer's hooves prancing across the roof is heard (I always remember being so excited for that). Then the big man himself arrives-- that's right SANTA has time to make an appearance before getting straight to work to deliver all the toys. The picture above is Tanner smiling after hearing the reindeer land.

Kensley was tired and done for the night after waiting an hour to let Tanner sit on Santa's lap.
Me, Susan (Young) Willingham, and KensleySusan was one of my best friends growing up. We hadn't seen each other in 4+ years. We have talked on the phone, but it was nice to finally see each other again.
